At Kaleidos Makeup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or swatched.

Return Process

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original primary and secondary packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
